The estate also has authorization to convert existing olive cultivation areas to super-intensive systems, subject to the applicable technical and regulatory requirements. The reported production for the last period is approximately 3,200,000 kilograms of olives, demonstrating the scale of the existing agricultural operation. The remaining land includes cleared areas suitable for agricultural cultivation, cork oak forests, wooded areas and agricultural support spaces, providing diversification and additional potential uses. Extensive Water and Irrigation Infrastructure Water availability is a key feature of this agricultural investment. The estate includes an existing dam with a stated capacity of approximately 1,700,000 m³, together with a second dam of 500,000 m³ currently under construction. Additional infrastructure includes an EDIA hydrant serving 347 hectares under a precarious operating arrangement, as well as a pond with a pumping capacity of 120 m³ per hour. The property also benefits from an established drip irrigation system across the olive groves.
