Real photos, clearly labeled
We help you tell genuine photographs apart from renderings and AI-generated images, so you always know what you're looking at.
What the badges mean
Verified Photo
The image still carries intact camera data (make, model and capture date), confirming it came straight from a camera.
Photo
Submitted by the agent as a real photograph. Camera data couldn't be confirmed — common for edited, screenshotted or forwarded images.
Rendering / AI
A computer-generated render or AI image. Often used for off-plan and pre-construction listings — useful, but not a photograph.
Floor Plan
A schematic or floor plan of the property rather than a photo.
How verification works
When an agent uploads an image, we read its embedded camera data (EXIF) directly in the browser. Photos with an intact camera make, model and capture date are automatically marked as Verified.
Agents label every image as a photo, rendering/AI or floor plan. Renderings and images that look computer-generated are reviewed by our team after they go live, and removed if they break our terms.
